General Terms & Conditions
1. Deposit.
A deposit of 30% is required with order. If paid in sterling then the rate will be calculated at the time, payments can be made via English cheque, bank transfer, & Paypal. If paid in Euros, then the 30% applies and can be paid into my local French account either by cheque or transfer.
2. Balance
The 70% balance is due on arrival at the premises, payment type and currency can be pre-decided. A receipt/invoice will be produced in advance.
3. Gas & Electric
The mains electric will be permanentley on, the gas however is bottled. Should this run out (unlikely) then a refill can be bought from the local shop. I will reimburse totally. Gas and electric is included in your rental.
4. Parking
All vehicles are to be parked in the main square, except for unloading.
5. Address
The address for the house is, Maison Josephine, Rue Du Portail, 04410, Puimoisson, France.
6. Keys
A set of keys will be issued on your arrival, please ensure they are returned on your departure or put them through the letter box.
7. Pets
General domestic pets are more than welcome in the property.
8. Garden
Please note there is no garden. However the house is in the Verdon national park.

The nearest airports are as follows: Marseille 106 KM, Nice 164 KM,
